Florida Statute 720

In Florida community associations laws are derived from Statute 720. Commonly referred to as HOA Laws these encompass everything from dues to board meetings and regulations. The following Statute versions can apply to Watercrest depending on whether or not the law is Substantive or Procedural. (See Community Wide Standards document References page 1 for further explanation). It should also be noted that in some cases the HOA governing documents can take precedent over the Statute.
